Central to the mission of the Forum is the stewardship of Literary Voice: An International Peer Reviewed Journal of English Studies (ISSN: 2583-8199). This annual publication serves as a beacon for literary discourse, with a special emphasis on works written or translated into English from around the world. Through its pages, Literary Voice endeavors to champion constructive, critical, and interpretative writing, providing a platform for both established scholars and emerging voices to contribute to the ongoing conversation within the literary community.

Aims and Objectives of FLV Society

We would like to introduce you to the Forum for Literary Voice (FLV), an organization dedicated to the betterment of society through various educational and social initiatives

Promotion of Literary DiscourseForum for Literary Voice aims to facilitate meaningful dialogue and critical engagement within the literary community, fostering an environment conducive to the exploration and appreciation of diverse literary works.

Support for Emerging Scholars: One of our primary objectives is to provide a platform for talented young research scholars from around the globe, offering them opportunities to showcase their work and contribute to the advancement of literary studies.

1. President/Chairperson:

  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization.
  2. Oversee the implementation of the organization’s mission and objectives.
  3. Represent the Forum in external engagements and collaborations.
  4. Chair meetings of the Executive Committee and General Assembly.
  5. Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

2. Vice President/Vice Chairperson:

  1. Support the President in fulfilling his/her duties and responsibilities.
  2. Assume the role of the President in his/her absence or as delegated.
  3. Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  4. Oversee specific projects or initiatives as assigned by the President.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the E.C. to achieve organizational goals.

3. Secretary:

  1. Manage and maintain organizational records, including minutes of the meeting, correspondence, and official documents.
  2. Coordinate communications within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  3. Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  5. Support the President and Executive Committee in fulfilling their duties.

4. Treasurer/Financial Officer:

  1. Manage the organization’s finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  3. Prepare financial statements and reports for presentation to the Executive Committee and General Assembly.
  4. Oversee fundraising efforts and financial transactions.
  5. Provide financial guidance and support to other members of the Executive Committee.

5. Editor:

  1. Oversee the editorial process of the journal Literary Voice including manuscript submission, peer review, and publication.
  2. Ensure the quality and integrity of published content in accordance with the journal’s standards and policies.
  3. Collaborate with the Editorial Board and reviewers to select and evaluate submissions.
  4. Manage the journal’s editorial team and provide guidance on editorial decisions and best practices.
  5. Represent the journal in academic and literary circles, promoting its visibility and impact.

6. Editorial Board Members:

  1. Review submitted manuscripts and provide constructive feedback and recommendations for publication.
  2. Assist the Editor-in-Chief in selecting and evaluating submissions based on academic merit and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  3. Contribute expertise and insights to the development and direction of the journal.
  4. Participate in editorial meetings and discussions to ensure the quality and integrity of the publication process.
  5. Serve as ambassadors for the journal within their respective academic and literary communities.
